Confident Conversations HCP List
As a reminder, this task is so we can build a working document of HCPs by location and offer their patients COGI resources. This will become a running document through the year so we know which HCPs are open to a partnership.

To start, I would like each ambassador to search and then enter a minimum of five (5) submissions per state. If you find more, I welcome them. These HCPs can be in GI, Primary Care, Pediatrics, etc. We’ve also expanded our disease spaces so while our main base in IBD, we are open to HCPs that work with IBS, Celiac, Short Bowel Syndrome, or Colorectal Cancer patients. And in smaller/more rural areas, you may find an HCP who focuses on all.
