Our mission is to improve the quality of life for BIPOC who are affected by IBD, Digestive Disorders and associated Chronic Illnesses; through Community, Research, Education, and Advocacy.
Advocating for the COGI Culture (AFTCC), COGI’s Advocacy and Hill Day Event, is a program where patient advocates discuss important COGI advocacy priorities, current policies and legislations, and meet with Members of Congress to effect change.
This event is open to COGI Members and Ambassadors.
COGI has brought in 400+ members since its membership launch in April 2023. As we grow, we welcome members to come along and learn more about our advocacy efforts.
