Whether you walk outside, head to the gym, or just take steps at home, join us to walk at least 10,000 steps in honor of ourselves or our family and friends with IBD. This event will take place all week as we count up all the steps taken.
RULES
From Sunday, December 1 through Saturday, December 7, participants can pick a date to either walk by themselves or with a group in a designated space. Designated spaces can be a park, a trail, track field, a gym, or even your house, just to name some examples. The goal per person is to walk 10,000 steps total which equates to 5 miles roughly. You do have the option to walk them over the course of more than one day or as a one day challenge.
By joining the app, we’ll be able to collect your steps and will have a running ticker counting them throughout the week. Sign up below to join the challenge.
