Reading has numerous benefits like reducing stress, promoting self care, improving critical thinking and sleep, and even helps to lessen cognitive decline. Led by our Ambassador, Reynelda Solitaire, COGI relaunched our book club to build connections and expand our minds. Through our love for reading, our community members have read:
