When will registration open for the 2023 Equity in GI Conference?
Registration is scheduled to open in March 2023. In the meantime, subscribe to receive email alerts and newsletters by visiting The ChronicLy Newsletter page or clicking here

Do I have to be a member to register for the conference at the member rates?
You must be a COCCI member to receive the member rate for registration. To become a member, you must be a patient with IBD or the care partner of a patient with IBD. Membership applications can be submitted by clicking here. You will receive a discount code to register for Equity in GI in your welcome letter.

How do I register for the onsite or virtual conference?
To register for the onsite or virtual conference visit the website https://colorofgi.org/events/. Follow the steps to select any options, then check out on the secure check-out page. (See below about online payment and wire transfers.) Please see our Registration Policies.

How do I become an ambassador for COCCI?
To become an ambassador visit the website https://cocci.org/ambassadors/. Read to learn more about what an ambassador does, then click “Sign me Up” and follow the steps.

How do I cancel a registration?
Please contact us at info@cocci.org. We must receive this information in writing. Your cancellation is subject to a refund and processing fee. Please see our Registration Policies.

How do I send a substitute in my place?
Please contact us at info@cocci.org with the complete contact information of the substitute. If you are a COCCI member, but your substitute is not, the substitute will be charged the difference in registration rates. If you are not a COCCI member, but your substitute is, you will be refunded the difference in registration rates. Please see our Registration Policies.

What forms of payment are accepted for online or virtual registration?
We accept payment online with Visa, MasterCard or American Express credit card. 

May I pay by wire transfer?
If you are outside of the U.S. and need to pay by wire transfer, visit the website https://colorofgi.org/events/ to register. To indicate that you need to make a wire transfer click “P.O” as the payment option. When submitting the wire transfer you must include the registration number located on the confirmation and the name of the attendee.

May I access the presentations after the 2023 Equity in GI Conference?
We do not provide session presentations to attendees. Session content and highlights will be released after the event.

I am a pharma/manufacturer. How should I participate during the 2023 Equity in GI Conference?
Exhibiting and/or Sponsoring the conference provides the best opportunity for pharma and manufacturers to showcase their company’s brand, identify new partners, and establish business connections.

Cancellation Policies

Cancellation Policies

  • Cancellation Refund requests must be submitted in writing to info@cocci.org on or before June 19, 2023 to receive a partial refund.
  • A $50 administrative fee will be deducted from all cancellation refunds.
  • Approved cancellation refunds will be processed after the conference. Cancellation Refunds request WILL NOT be given for no-shows/non-participants.
  • Cancellation Refunds requests received after June 19, 2023 will not be honored.
